Barriers to prenatal care: What are they?

Many professionals have the ability to include prenatal care into their practices.

Prenatal care is included in the curriculum of Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Massage Therapists, Acupuncturists, Osteopaths, etc., yet often many practitioners shy away from it.

Is it the lack of confidence or training, or maybe the clinic environment is lacking accommodative tools? Prenatal care can be accessible and comfortable but something is standing in the way.
